Board Members
Jeffrey D. Barber is the Library Director at Regina Public Library and Acting Secretary to the Regina Public Library Board. He joined RPL as the Deputy Director in 2003. Jeff has a Master of Business Administration, Master of Library and Information Studies, and Bachelor of Arts Degrees in French Language and Literature, and Philosophy. He has previously held positions at the University of Saskatchewan Library and Southeast Regional Library.
Jeff is a long-standing member of the Rotary Club. He is a member of the Canadian Library Association, Saskatchewan Library Association, and the American Library Association.
Jeff was born and raised in Saskatchewan. He and his wife Nancy now reside in the south end of Regina. They have two children, Jeremy (20) and Emily (15).
