How do I rent meeting space at the Library?
Organizers should call the RPL locations where they would like to hold their meeting as far in advance as possible. Bookings must be made at least two days prior to the date of the meeting.
Payment must be made before the meeting using cash, Visa, MasterCard or Interac.
The Regina Public Library provides equipment, free of charge, to anyone renting meeting rooms. This equipment includes tables, chairs, an overhead projector, lectern, TV/VCR, microphone, and flipchart stand and paper.
To cancel, please contact the RPL location where the meeting was booked at least two full business days in advance of the meeting date. The Library reserves the right to apply full charges to cancellations after this time.
