If you have any questions about getting your Library card, please call us at (306) 777-6030.

Please remember that if you lose your card, it will cost $3.00 to replace it.

Library cards are free!

Ask your Mom or Dad to bring you to the Library.

To get a Library card, your Mom or Dad must bring:
  1. Identification with your name on it. This might include your birth certificate, Saskatchewan Health card, or passport.

  2. Proof of your address in Regina. This might include your parent's driver's license, a phone bill or electricity bill
You may also get a library card if your class visits the Library. Your teacher can make the arrangements.

Getting a Personal Identification Number (PIN)

The friendly Library staff can also help you get a PIN (Personal Identification Number) for your Library card. You'll need a PIN if you want to use some of the databases listed on this site, to check the status of your Library card, to request items, and to renew items.
