Regina Public Library provides literacy assistance for English-as-an-Additional Language and Canadian-born learners through volunteer one-to-one tutors and special programs to create positive change for Regina's residents.

The Library increases awareness of literacy challenges and successes within the Library and the Regina community. The Library's commitment to volunteer trainers includes extensive tutor training courses, a collection of teaching materials and professional development workshops.
