Maker:

A community-inspired opportunity in which people with common interests, often in computers, machining, technology, science, digital art or electronic art, can meet, socialize and collaborate.

Makers are as diverse as their interests! While the maker movement has often focused on technology, makers can also share, teach and learn about any number of topics: art, sewing, manufacturing, carpentry... the list is as long and varied as our imaginations! In fact, the list gets longer as artists, engineers, scientists, hobbyists, inventors, tinkerers, dabblers and others come together to discuss ideas. Makers share and learn from each other in a creative atmosphere, and interesting ideas, concepts and mashups occur.

RPL's Maker 2015 offers a dynamic range of presenters, exhibitors and workshops for you to check out!

About us: We have very exciting work – we reveal lost and found treasurers. We essentially open time capsules for a living. Ten, twenty even up to 80 years ago, someone took the time to get out their camera and take some pictures or shot a movie. Someone else may have stood to pose or just gone about their normal routine. We focus almost exclusively on offering the most difficulty imaging services to find.
