Meditation Yoga
Description
Meditation is a way to increase awareness and reach a subtle state allowing that awareness to regenerate and grow. We'll watch videos about the subtle inner system of energy channels and plexuses that govern our wellbeing; perform guided meditation; awaken our own inner energy and learn techniques to balance ourselves from within.
