As an HR expert and organizational transformation consultant, Asif has partnered with organizations in the telecommunication, hospitality, retail, transportation and engineering industries, operating across the globe to help meet future challenges. His decade and half long career spans over 3 continents, with firms ranging from small start-ups to Fortune 14 and work extending from Succession Planning to Leadership Development, Organizational Change Facilitation to Performance Management and Employer Branding to Team Effectiveness.
Asif holds the following degrees: Masters of Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and an MBA from the Arkansas State University. While his work takes him to various locations across the globe, Asif calls Toronto, Canada his home and in his free time volunteers for Junior Achievement of Canada as well as with TEDx Calgary.
