    What browsers should I use for best performance of the RPL website?

    Desktop Browser

    Regina Public Library website is tested against and supports the following desktop browsers:

             •    Microsoft Windows 10

                      o          Google Chrome (latest stable version)

                      o          Firefox (Latest stable version)

                      o          Microsoft Edge (latest stable version; Chromium-based only)

             •    MacOS 10.12 and newer

                      o          Google Chrome (latest stable version)

                      o          Safari (Latest stable version)

    For best results, use the latest version of Google Chrome.

    Mobile Web Browser

             •    Android 7.1.1 and newer

                      o         Google Chrome (Latest stable version)

    What browser configurations does my browser need to support?

    Any supported browser that you choose to use must meet the following requirements:

              •          JavaScript is enabled.

              •          Cookies are enabled.

    What browsers are unsupported by RPL?

    Below is the list of browsers that are either not supported or not used for the Regina Public Library website testing so we don’t recommend the use of these browsers as it can compromise the website performance and user experience.

    I'm using a supported browser but I am still having troubles with the RPL Website. What do I do?

    When you are accessing the Regina Public Library website on your Desktop computer and you’re facing certain problems such as loading or formatting issues, the likely cause is the browser cache. In such a situation, it’s always a good idea to clear your browser cache, as this will most likely resolve your problem.

    RPL's online chat service is only available during the Library's regular hours of service when staff are logged on and ready to help you. During these support hours you will be able to initiate a live chat with library support staff by selecting the purple LIVE CHAT graphic displayed in the bottom right section of your screen.
