Starla Grebinski
Starla has been a long time Regina educator and administrator. She spent nine years as the principal of Sacred Heart School in North Central Regina where she was fortunate to work with many First Nations and Métis children and their parents. She has a deep respect for the First Nations and Métis people and has learned so much from them.

Starla was named one of Canada’s Outstanding Principals in 2013 and she received the Arbos Award from the Saskatchewan Teachers’ Federation in 2015. She was also named a Paul Harris Fellow by the Oskaya Rotary Club and was awarded the Saskatchewan Reading Council Administrator’s Award in 2014. A highlight of her career was Elder Mike presenting Starla with an eagle feather for her work with First Nations and Métis people. Starla is also serving as an executive member of Regina Crime Stoppers.

Starla is married and has three grown children.
