The library is a place where resources are found, ideas transform into action, and community residents lead by example.
Christina had an idea for a small business, but didn't know how to get started. By chance, she walked into Central Library and discovered a wealth of small business resources and workshops.
“Finding … all those resources at RPL, my heart skipped a beat because it was so reassuring. It gave me the confidence that it was going to be okay,” Christina said. “A small idea evolved into something bigger and better than I could’ve ever imagined.”
Today, Christina is an owner and operator of a hearing clinic in Regina.
We believe that when you support the library, you support our community. Christina's is one RPL story. There are many more waiting to be told. Make a difference for people like Christina by donating to Regina Public Library.
Regina Public Library offers a comfortable space where everyone is welcome: individuals who might not feel safe to express themselves elsewhere in the community; those who are new to the country and thrilled that a free lending library exists for everyone; and those who are simply looking for a place to warm up in the winter.
Truly, everyone is welcome at the library.
RPL is a central part of the Regina community. Your support will ensure that we continue providing quality programming and services to its citizens.
