LiveWell with Chronic Conditions is a free program offered by the Regina QuAppelle Health Region for anyone with a chronic health condition. To register call 306-766-7370.Additional Information
Learn self-management tools to deal symptoms such as pain, fatigue, difficult emotions, etc. Build your confidence to manage your health. Caregivers and support people will also benefit from attending this program. Two trained, peer leaders meet with groups of up to 15 participants for 2 hours once a week for six consecutive weeks.
