If you need a meeting room, look no further than Regina Public Library!
Meeting rooms are available for rent at most RPL locations. Rooms are booked through our website on a first-come, first-served basis, from 2 to 60 days in advance.
We are pleased to offer free access to these meeting spaces for RPL customers, community groups and non-profit organizations.
Bookings for commercial use or for-profit organizations will require payment of a rental fee.
An active card and PIN from a SILS member library is required to book meeting rooms.
If you are booking for a group, at least one person must have an active library card. The library cardholder will be responsible for any damage to the space or loss of equipment. We encourage all Saskatchewan residents to get library cards.
Don’t have a card? Sign up for a library card online.
Can’t remember your PIN? If you have an email address on file with us, you can reset your own PIN.
Click the Go button on this page to book a room. Bookings must be made at least two days before the meeting date.
There are two fee categories for rentals of public library spaces: Commercial Use and Customer/Community Group Use
Commercial Use applies to use:
by any for-profit organization;
for a partisan political purpose;
for any meeting or event that charges an admission fee;
for the purpose of selling merchandise; or
for the purpose of fundraising.
Payment must be made at time of booking by Visa or MasterCard if booking online. You can also pay in-branch using cash, Visa, MasterCard or Interac.
Customer and Community Group Use applies to use by Regina residents, community groups, not-for-profit and/or charitable organizations where the proposed use is not commercial in nature.
Rental fees are waived for customer and community use.

Renters are responsible for set-up and clean-up of rooms. Rooms must be left in the condition in which they were found. When organizing your meeting, please allow time for your set-up and clean-up. Renters may charge admission and/or sell books or material related to their on-going activities during their meeting. This is considered Commercial Use, as defined by the Room Use and Rental policy.
You can cancel bookings up to 3 days before the meeting date. RPL reserves the right to apply full charges to cancellations after this time.
RPL provides equipment, free of charge to anyone renting meeting rooms. Available equipment is listed in each room description. To view the list, click the GO button above and select a time period and room.
Staff can provide basic technological support, but we cannot guarantee that AV equipment will be compatible with all systems.
Please contact any RPL location to learn more. We’ll walk you through the booking process via phone or in person.
