Regina Public Library now offers you the ability to pay your fines online using secure e-commerce from SmartPay. Using your Mastercard or Visa credit card, you can pay your fines in full, from the comfort of your home or using one of our library computers.
RPL and SmartPay do not keep your credit card number and all transactions are completed through a secure, encrypted channel. Do note that SmartPay is hosted in the United States, so the history of your transaction is stored there and is subject to U.S. law.
Please note that SmartPay requires you to use your library card and PIN to log in. Your username will not work.
When completing your transaction, please do not click the submit button multiple times, as this may result in duplicate payments.
Please remember to keep your receipt from when you pay your fines. This is your proof that you have paid, and you'll need to present it for any refunds.
