At times, the Commons may be:

What happens here?
Located at Central Library, the Community Commons hosts regular events throughout the week, and is also available as a come-and-go safe space to relax, think, and share. Drop by to discover the activities, connect with great people, or hang out in the space!
Regular offerings with community partners may include:
- Pro Bono Family Law Help
- Thrive Counselling
- Resume editing
- Poetry Slams
- Writer In Residence sessions
- English Language Conversation Circles

Smudging
Regina Public Library recognizes that smudging, the use of tobacco and other medicines are a part of Indigenous peoples’ traditional way of life, and supports these practices in the Community Commons.
To partner with Central Library to offer a service, event or program in the Community Commons Main Space and Seminar Rooms:
If you’re interested in working with us to offer an activity in the Community Commons at Central Library, please email commons@reginalibrary.ca for more information. The Commons space comfortably seats up to 40 people.
Requests must be submitted more than 30 days prior to the event date. Please allow three weekdays for a response to inquiries.
