Atidthan Sangsawang is the owner of Baechu Kimchi. Atidthan came to Canada when she was 14 from Thailand. Missing some of the simple foods she had as a child, she started cooking and that's when her passion for food started. As her interest in food grew, she started making Korean food including her first Kimchi. With the help of a good friend, she experimented and learned until she had created her very own style of kimchi. Learn more by visiting her at the Regina Farmers' Market or through her website.
