In this lymphatic massage workshop series, you will learn the techniques and benefits of lymphatic massage. So, you can perform it at home for relief. A lymphatic massage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the drainage of lymph nodes and the movement of lymph fluids around the body. It can help relieve lymphedema.

This is an in-person program. Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell. Register to receive a reminder, and any other resources.

Dates: This in-person workshop runs on May 3rd and 10th, 7:00 PM-8:00 PM at Connaught Branch. We are also offering a supplemental workshop online on May 17th, 7:00 PM-8:00 PM.

Presenter Information: Sarah Armstrong has over twenty years of experience as a massage therapist and extensive training in Somatic Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Owner and Registered Massage Therapist at Mecca Massage Therapy Clinic, Sarah studied Manual Lymph Activation - Levels 1 through 4 at Canadian E-HIS, and also studied at the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy.
