GrandPals at the Library
Description
Ages 10 to 13. Connect your child to rich, meaningful, intergenerational programing focused on storytelling and creating art with their very own senior volunteer also known as a GrandPal.Additional Information
Regina Public Library is proud to pilot a new program “GrandPals at the Library” that aims to foster intergenerational learning through storytelling and creation through various modes of art and expression each week. Your child will work in a small group with other participants along with a GrandPal. By registering, your child is encouraged to attend for six consecutive weeks as they will be paired with the same senior volunteer. All supplies provided.
Sessions are schedule from 6:00–7:00 PM Wednesdays: May 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 and June 7.
