Creating Pride: Painted Plant Pots

Description

Celebrate diversity and growth by decorating a plant pot in a way that is representative of who you are. Art is a tool for bringing people together and fostering understanding and acceptance.

Additional Information

Welcome to Creating Pride: A Pride Month Crafting Series! This program is open to all ages and backgrounds, and we welcome everyone to join us in celebrating Pride month and beyond.

This program is drop-in, no registration required and takes place in the Community Commons located on the 1st floor of Central library.

Participants are invited to decorate a plant pot in any way they choose. We encourage participants to think about themes of growth, new beginnings, and inclusion as they create their designs. We welcome people from all walks of life to come and share in the joy of creating something beautiful together.
