Join Pflag Regina to learn about using books to aid conversations on diversity & inclusion with children & teens of all ages. Explore how sometimes children can teach adults about 2SLGBTQIA+ families!

This program takes place in the Community Commons located on the first floor of Central Library

Proudly offered in partnership for Pride with Pflag Regina. Pflag Regina is a bilingual, non-profit organization serving as an advocate and ally for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. Pflag volunteers educate for understanding regarding gender and sexual diversity, and promote actively inclusive environments that welcome all. Presenter Information: Jane is a former nurse and health sector manager. For 20 years she has been actively learning to be an effective ally and supporter of family members and the 2SLGBTQIA+ community more broadly. She finds books are a helpful tool for starting meaningful conversations about complex topics.
