Accordion fold-out documenting the 1997 to 1998 installation by Saskatoon artist Patrick Traer on the exterior north wall of the Regina Public Library. Installation was industrially illuminated lightboxes that competed with a constellation of corporate logos in the Regina nignt skyline.
