hoopla offers instant access to thousands of ebooks, eaudiobooks, movies, television shows and comics, all you need is your library card. For quick tips to help you get started with hoopla, select the Tutorial button on this page. hoopla requires you to create an account with them once you’ve logged in with your Library card and PIN.

Loan periods and limits
- RPL customers may borrow up to 10 titles in one calendar month.
- Movies and TV shows: 3 day loan
- Music: 7 day loan
- eAudiobooks: 21 day loan
- eBooks and Comics: 21 day loan
How do I make a favourites or wishlist?
Instead of selecting borrow, use hoopla’s heart button to add titles to your Favourites list for later browsing and viewing.
Ratings restrictions
In accordance with Saskatchewan law, some movies and TV shows are restricted by age.
Note: Customers using hoopla on a computer should be aware that it no longer works with Internet Explorer. If you are running Windows 10, you may use Edge, but users of older versions of Windows or other operating systems that might run Internet Explorer should use another browser to access hoopla.

hoopla is a third-party service that is governed by its own privacy policy and practices, not the Library's. We advise that you consult their Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

- If you cannot find help for your specific issue, email hoopla Customer Service at feedback@hoopladigital.com. They will do their best to respond within 48 hours Monday to Friday. Please include your: Library Name, Card Number, and a brief description of your issue or request.
- If you need to renew your library card or reset your PIN, please contact our staff.
- Staff can also provide basic assistance with hoopla.
