Central Library will play host to the second annual Regina Comic Arts Festival (RCAF), a day-long celebration of all things comic and comic arts, on Saturday October 26, 2024. This year’s festivities feature a keynote presentation on Indigeneity in Comics by prolific comic artist Cole Pauls.
