Quebec cycling superstar, Julie Arseneau, has a good chance of winning the World Cup. Little does anyone know that the young woman has been injected from the age of fourteen with performance enhancing drugs provided by Dr. Henri. However, she and JP, her trainer and lover, have developed various ingenious tactics to thwart drug tests. The situation gets complicated when Dr. Henri, denounced by a colleague, provides the authorities with a list of his clients.
