Ten ready-made, flexible lessons with multicultural themes for librarians short on preparation time. Themes include a global community, school, immigration, values, work and play, and celebration. Each lesson has one main activity and one stretchy activity you can tailor to fit your time frame. The lessons include a listing of the library skills covered, grade range, statement of purpose, list of materials, items to prepare in advance, additional materials needed and appropriate resources.
