Tara Wyndham has a busy life: she manages a beauty salon, That Special Touch, as well as the five-year-old daughter of her ne'er-do-well young brother and single father, Ricky. Things get complicated when Ricky vanishes without a trace, and Tara is apprised of an impending visit from Gray Madison, owner of the business which has recently taken over her salon.
