Shot in the Yukon under extreme conditions, the docudrama follows the daily life of Norman Winther, one of the last traditional trappers. He and his Nahanni wife Nebaska live in harmony with nature in the midst of the magnificent Rocky Mountains, with no concern for the needs created by modern society. In capturing their vanishing way of life, the film encourages us to think about how global warming and deforestation are threatening the future of our planet.
