Ten percent of children are exposed to high levels of alcohol in utero, causing irreparable damage to the brain and central nervous system of the unborn fetus. This program tells the stories of adults living with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) and Fetal Alcohol Effects (FAE) - some who were diagnosed early and others who were not - and the events, programs, and people who made a difference in their lives.
