Sean King and Michelle Maxwell return, and this time they are investigating a kidnapping. After a kidnapping at a Camp David birthday party goes awry, the First Lady hires King and Maxwell to ensure the safe return of the child. However, Maxwell's personal problems may hinder the investigation, and with a budding conspiracy coming out of the woodwork, neither of them knows who to trust.
