Diego de la Vega is back, helping rid his town of crime while attending his first year of college. Along with the help of friend Scarlet Whip and a cool purple motorcycle he calls Tornado-Z that has a lot of great crime-fighting tools, Zorro continues the legacy of past masked avengers. A descendant of past Zorros, he feels compelled to pick up the mantle of his ancestors, especially when the city of his birth grows increasingly corrupt.
