An escaped convict seizes as a hostage a billionaire's daughter. The unplanned abduction quickly accelerates into a high-speed race for the Mexican border. Soon the police, the media and the girl's frantic parents have joined the chase, while, inside the car, a comic and high-spirited romance is unfolding.
