Miranda must flee in the middle of the night with a sinister stranger to the land of the Elves. There she finds out only she can capture the Serpent's Egg to save two worlds. But, Miranda is not alone. Her friends Bell, Nick, Penelope and a rascally poodle named Muffy join her on her perilous quest.
