This SHA program helps older adults become more physically active. It includes endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility activities which may be performed either in sitting or standing positions.
Additional Information:
This is an in-person program.
Dates: Program runs Monday afternoons. This is a drop-in program; no registration required.
There will be no session on February 16, Family Day.
Equipment Required: Exercise bands, 2-5lb dumbbells and handballs. Bands can be purchased for $5 from the Forever In Motion leader. If you do not have dumbbells, you can bring two cans of soup or 500ml water bottles. Handballs can be purchased from most dollar stores.
