Karmyn Foreman
As the Director of Development, Karmyn leads efforts to build and strengthen the relationships that support Regina Public Library’s work in the community. With a focus on fund development, donor stewardship, and community partnerships, she works to connect people and resources with opportunities to make a meaningful difference. Her approach is grounded in collaboration, relationship-building, and a belief in the power of community to create lasting impact.
Karmyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with Great Distinction and a German Certificate. She brings years of experience across the non-profit sector, with a career shaped by advocacy, philanthropy, and community engagement which includes previous roles with organizations such as the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Students’ Association, Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan, and the Saskatchewan Community Foundation.
Outside of work, Karmyn is drawn to all things creative. She loves painting and exploring the many ways art, fashion, architecture, and interior design shape how we see and experience the world. Whether she’s experimenting with colour on a canvas, admiring a thoughtfully designed space, or finding inspiration in an unexpected detail, she’s always looking for beauty, creativity, and new ideas in the everyday.
