Cadmus Delorme to speak at the library for National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

Cadmus Delorme, former Chief of the Cowesses First Nation, will speak about the importance of reconciliation and his hopefulness for the future during a public talk at Central Library on Thursday, September 28.
