This event will be held on the 2nd Floor Mezzanine of Central Library.

Registration required for lunch reservation, but drop-ins are also welcome.

Prepare to embrace the aging process with confidence and vitality! Our Health and Wellness Fair promises to educate and inspire attendees about the importance of movement and self-care. 

Here's the schedule of exercise demos:

11:10 am - Tai Chi

11:50 am - Zumba

12:30 pm - Lunch will be provided while supplies last (Please provide dietary concerns when registering)

1:30 pm  - Yoga

2:10 pm - Forever in Motion

3:00 pm - End
