Celebrate Access to Justice Week at this afternoon event featuring presentations, a trade show, a legal will workshop, and free family law help sessions.Additional Information
This is a drop-in event taking place at Central Library. Registration is not required.
Representatives from the Law Society of Saskatchewan, Pro Bono Law Saskatchewan, Family Law Information Centre and the Regina Public Library have organized this event, which aims to:
- Connect community members with free legal knowledge, legal information assistance, legal assistance/advice services, and government agencies.
- Broaden public awareness of legal rights and responsibilities and ways of obtaining legal information & assistance.
Celebrate Access to Justice Week by:
- Checking out a tradeshow on the mezzanine with a variety of justice and support organizations
- Attending presentations on commons topics of law, including topics like residential tenancy, employment standards, wills, and financial abuse.
- Dropping in to free drop-in family law help sessions
- Participating in a workshop on creating your will, with guided assistance
