About the speaker
Unanath “Reggie” Ramlochan is a leadership coach, consultant, and entrepreneurship advisor committed to helping leaders and entrepreneurs realize their full potential. Originally from Trinidad and Tobago and now based in Saskatoon, he brings a global perspective that blends cultural insight, lived experience, and professional expertise.
As an Entrepreneurship Advisor with the SK Startup Institute, Reggie supports entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey, from early idea development to business growth. He has also contributed to initiatives such as SREDA’s SOAR kihiw paskîyâkêwin Indigenous Entrepreneurship Competition, where he has worked closely with participants to refine their strategies, strengthen communication skills, and prepare for long-term success.
Reggie’s professional focus is on leadership development, somatic coaching, and organizational change. He partners with individuals and teams to align identity, values, and character, enabling them to lead with greater clarity, authenticity, and resilience. Currently pursuing his PCC coaching certification, Reggie also applies tools such as the DISC assessment to help leaders understand their behavioral styles, build stronger relationships, and foster more effective teams.
