Artist Bio: Zar Karamloo is a professional charcoal artist with expertise in pastel, colored pencil, pottery, painting, and hand-building techniques. Her artistic journey began at age five, sketching her surroundings with limited tools. At twenty, she committed to a professional art career—teaching in elementary schools, leading workshops, and showcasing her work in exhibitions. Zar’s style blends realism and surrealism, deeply inspired by nature. In January 2024, she joined Cathedral Art School in Saskatchewan as an instructor and local artist. She continues to explore new techniques and believes learning in art never ends. Visit her website to learn more here: https://zarartworks.ca/
