For families. Join guest presenter Claudia Castro to learn about the cultural significance of a traditional Mexican art called papel picado then get creative and make your own colourful designs.

It's recommended that children be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.

About the presenter: Claudia Castro, originally from Mexico, has been living in Regina for the past five years. She takes every opportunity to share her Mexican roots with others. Join her for a fun and engaging exploration of Mexican culture!

Papel picado ("perforated paper," "pecked paper") is made by cutting elaborate designs into sheets of tissue paper.
