Tim and Eric get a billion dollars to make a movie, only to watch their dream run off course. In order to make the money back, they then attempt to revitalize a failing shopping mall.

"Few filmmakers have a budget anywhere close to a billion dollars to produce a film. Some of the world’s greatest movies have been shot on shoestring budgets, pressed for time and resources and barley getting a chomp at the Hollywood Pie. Tim and Eric once flew too close to the sun on such a budget and blew their entire billion on the worst piece of trite imaginable. Now on the run, their only option as disgraced filmmakers appears to be in the form of renovating and reopening an abandoned shopping mall. In classic Tim and Eric fashion, this movie pulls no punches in confusing viewers and veering wildly off course, all the while staying weirdly entertaining.

There are few things in this world that comedy duo Tim and Eric have produced that don’t raise eyebrows or invoke a gag reflex. From Awesome Show, Great Job!, to Check It Out and Tim and Eric’s Bedtime Stories, the duo have become the antiheros of alternative comedy, producing low-budget appearing gross-out and slapstick sketches starring everyone from huge Hollywood stars to actors found on Craigslist. Their work parodies a number of cultural familiarities that have come to be entangled together in a sardonic parallel universe to our own, in which faulty Cinco products rule our lives, Dads are the ultimate figure of authority, decades of campy, awful TV and film production are the norm, and an undeniably creepy sense of nostalgia is ever present.
