Join exhibiting artist Alana Bartol and learn how to use charcoal and milk to create and reveal 'invisible' drawings in response to the impacts of coal mining and other industries on the environment. Participants will learn about and participate in the artist's artwork responding to the past, present, and future of coal mining in the Crowsnest Pass, Alberta.
Workshop materials provided by the Artist/Dunlop Art Gallery.
Please note: Charcoal is messy! Wear your "work clothes" and be prepared to get your hands dirty.
