Receive one-on-one assistance with basic technology skills from the staff at most branches.

Through a Basic Tech Help appointment, our staff can assist with:

eBooks, eAudiobooks, and other digital services available through the library
Basic computer and internet skills
Basic tablet and phone assistance
Video chat platforms

Basic Tech help appointments are bookable at most branches on the following dates/times:

Central Library: Thursdays: 11:00am to 12:00pm; Fridays, 2:00 to 3:00pm
Connaught Branch: Thursdays, 3:00 to 4:00pm
George Bothwell Branch: Mondays, 12:00 to 1:00pm
Glen Elm Branch: Wednesdays, 3:00 to 4:00pm
Prince of Wales Branch: Mondays, 11:00 am to 12:00pm
Regent Place Branch: Thursdays, 2:00 to 3:00pm
Sherwood Village Branch: Mondays, 2:00 to 3:00pm
Sunrise Branch: Wednesdays, 10:00 to 11:00am

Check in at the main desk upon arrival.
