Math Buddies

Description

Grades 1-3. This program helps ease math anxiety by pairing children with high school students. They meet once a week to play fun numeracy games and complete worksheets.

Additional Information

Math Buddies runs for eight weeks and children are encouraged to attend all eight sessions. If your child is unable to attend a session, please call before the program starts.

Work sheets are provided but children are encouraged to bring math assignments with them.

Parents and caregivers are welcome to enjoy a good book on their own while they wait, but must stay in the library during the program.
