Join us at Central Library to celebrate Sikh Heritage Month with live music, Sikh martial arts, turban tying, and a cooking demonstration. Experience Sikh culture at this family-friendly event.

This in-person event will be held on the 2nd floor mezzanine. All are welcome.  

Celebrate Sikh Heritage Month with an afternoon of culture, learning, and community. This family-friendly event highlights different aspects of Sikh heritage through music, food, and interactive demonstrations.

Enjoy live music, learn about Sikh martial arts, and watch a turban-tying demonstration. Visitors will also have the opportunity to have a turban tied and learn about the significance of this tradition in Sikh culture.

There will also be a cooking demonstration where you can learn about traditional Sikh cuisine and the role of food and community in Sikh culture.

A free vegetarian lunch will be served.

This event is organized in partnership with the Sikh Society of Regina.
