Overview
Are you tired of feeling flustered by interview questions that start with "Tell me about a time when..."?

Behavioural interviews are designed to uncover your real-world skills and how you handle workplace situations. This intensive, one-on-one coaching session is specifically designed to demystify this process and equip you with a powerful, structured framework to answer any behavioural question with confidence and clarity.

What You Will Learn & Practice
This session is a deep dive into the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result)—the gold standard for answering behavioural interview questions. You will learn how to:

Decode the Question: Identify the core competency (e.g., leadership, conflict resolution, adaptability) the interviewer is really asking about.
Structure Your Story: Master the four components of the STAR framework to create compelling and concise narratives:

  • S (Situation): How to set the context quickly and effectively.
  • T (Task): How to clearly define your responsibility and goal.
  • A (Action): How to articulate your specific actions—this is where you are the hero of your story.
  • R (Result): How to quantify and qualify your results to demonstrate tangible impact.

Session Highlights

  • Personalized Feedback: Our experienced volunteer coaches will work through your pre-prepared answers, refining them using the STAR method to ensure they are impactful and persuasive.
  • Mock Interview Drill: Put your new skills to the test in a simulated interview environment. You will practice answering common behavioural questions and receive immediate, constructive feedback.
  • Take-Home Toolkit: Receive a digital guide including a list of common behavioural questions, a STAR worksheet template, and tips for continued practice.

Who is this for?

  • Job seekers preparing for an upcoming interview.
  • Recent graduates entering the workforce.
  • Professionals seeking a career change or promotion.

Outcome

By the end of this session, you will have the tools and confidence to transform your past experiences into powerful stories that prove your value, leaving a memorable and positive impression on any interview panel.

Book your intake session today and turn your past experiences into your future success!

Please Note: Because this program is heavily dependent on volunteer coach availability, scheduling may take a little longer than usual. To accommodate everyone, we may need to assign you to a different coach or time slot. Priority will always be given to those with confirmed, upcoming interviews, and we will respond to all intake requests as quickly as possible.
