Regina Comic Arts Festival returns for the 3rd edition at the Regina Public Library Central Branch! All Ages! A celebration of all things Comic Book!

Our keynote speaker this year is Patrick Kyle!

Patrick Kyle lives in Toronto, Canada, where he works as a commercial illustrator, visual artist, cartoonist and educator. Patrick’s comics have been published in Canada by Koyama Press, and internationally with Breakdown Press, Strane Dizioni and Frémok. He teaches illustration and comics at OCADU in Toronto, and online at LABASAD.
