Reporting to the Lead, Adult and Young Adult Programming, the successful candidates will represent RPL at community events and library programs, engaging with the public to promote the library and its innovative programs, collections, and services.
Work will include aiding in the facilitation of summer programs to library customers of all ages and abilities, coordinating and participating in free activities at community events (e.g. National Indigenous Peoples Day, RPL Family Fun Zone at Canada Day, I Love Regina Day, etc.), and developing content to promote these activities through social and traditional media. Other projects include providing research and administrative support in the planning and implementation of library services, programs and community outreach initiatives.
