Presenter information:My name is Alexandre Fuhrmann. I'm a Brazilian who loves cooking and the kitchen. I consider cooking an act of love, as we give the best we have to others. I became a chef when I came to Canada in 2019. Before, cooking was just a hobby in Brazil, where I was a teacher. Here, due to the difficulties of being a teacher, cooking transformed from a hobby to a job.
