A Stitch and Time, opening at Dunlop Art Gallery on September 28, features artists who share not a common theme, but a common tool: needle and thread. In a series of performances, installations, and community sessions, they will quilt, embroider, and stitch on different media – from linen to skin – as social, cultural, political, and healing acts.
