RPL is seeking a Senior Human Resources Consultant. The ideal candidate will be a generalist with a passion for staff development. As a member of the Leadership Team, the Senior Human Resources Consultant will work closely with managers to develop and deliver effective training and development opportunities and to promote employee engagement in a customer-centered organizational culture. With a background that includes performance management and attendance support in a unionized environment, the Senior Human Resources Consultant will coach and support managers in all human resources matters and will work with the Director of People and Culture in the development and implementation of human resources policies, procedures and systems that ensure RPL is positioned to provide Regina residents with opportunities for discovery and learning in an inclusive, customer-centered, safe environment.
